We grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the products sold through our web site, DesignForJoomla.com, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company. Here, the term “product” includes templates and Joomla add-ons such as component, module, mambot or a combination of them.
Limited usage granted
You have the right to use each purchased copy of our product only on one (sub-)domain. For example, test.designforjoomla.com and designforjoomla.com are 2 difference (sub-)domains.
Modifications
- You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes, except the copyright signs.
- You may not redistribute or release and modifications as GPL or otherwise unauthorized use.
- You may not store any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, DVD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written permission from DesignForJoomla.com.
- You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your license to anyone else.
- If you want to have exclusive rights on any of our products, please contact us through this website.
Updates
- All our products are designed for the latest version of Joomla at the time of product’s release.
- We do not give any guarantee, that products will be updated to be compatible with new version of Joomla at the moment of it’s release. In most cases, Joomla’s back-compatibility works and there shouldn’t be any problems with the compatibility.
Ownership
- You can not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of DesignForJoomla.com.
- Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
- In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Use of Content
- You acknowledge that DesignForJoomla.com contains material which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.
- You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content in DesignForJoomla.com.

Payments
- We accept payments from credit card through payment gateway 2CheckOut.com, which accepts almost all kind of credit card. You make payment through secured link for each product or service.
- You can use PayPal as an alternative method of payment. In this case, we will send you email address where you can send money from your PayPal account.
When purchasing our products
You have to pay full product’s price and wait till the order is confirmed by 2CheckOut.com before receiving it and the license to use it.
When purchasing our services
You have to pay initial 40% of total service cost at the beginning and remaining 60% after all works done. Some kind of service may require full project’s cost to be paidbefore it starts. For example, when you need consultation service to setup your Joomla website, you have to pay full total cost before we begin the consultation.
Shipping
When purchasing our products
- After we successfully received full payment for the product, we will send an email with download link to the email address you provided.
- Download link will be available for 7 days and you can process maximum 10 downloads from one link.
- It may take us up to 24 hours from successful payment to send you download link. We need this time to process anti-fraud check. This is the maximum time, actual time can be lesser.
- If after 24 hours from the successful payment, by some technical problem you could not receive an email with download link, contact us through this website. We will find another way to send you the product.
When purchasing our services
For each project you have to sign with us the contract which serves as the basis for all works. The procedure of contract realization is:
- After we successfully received initial payment (40% of total project’s cost), we will start working on your project.
- During the process we will notify you about the work progress and show you the result before project’s deadline exceed.
- You check the result, feedback and we will work together to bring the project to it’s final condition.
- When you are completely satisfied, you have to make final payment and we will send you the result of service, if there are any.
Some kind if service may requires full project’s cost to get it started. For example, when you need consultation service to setup your Joomla website, you have to pay full total cost before we begin.
Refund policy
When purchasing our products
We do not issue refunds after the product is shipped and this is your responsibility to understand that upon purchasing any of our products. There are at least 2 reasons why we do not refund:
- DesignForJoomla.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, which can be easily copied.
- All our products can be tested thoroughly. All templates can be viewed through template demo server. All add-on products can be both tested on our product demo server and downloaded as Lite/Trial version and tested on your server.
We highly recommend you to test thoroughly the product you intent to purchase.
When purchasing our services
- You can request refunds for initial payment if we were not able to provide you service after the deadline described in project’s contract exceed.
- If you made final payment, that implies that you are satisfied with the result of our service and we do not refund any of payments.
Support
- DesignForJoomla.com offers products “as is”, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all third party components and modules.
- We offer no free support via email or other means for installation, customization, and administration of Joomla.
- We provide full support for purchased products only. The Lite/Trial version of products are also supported but in an introductory level.
- After all, you can buy our support service on a case by case basis.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
