Terms and Conditions of D4J Joomla! Templates Club

DesignForJoomla.com grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the templates from our D4J Joomla! Templates Club sold through our web site - DesignForJoomla.com (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

All templates of D4J Joomla! Templates Club are Joomla! templates which were converted by DesignForJoomla.com from selective HTML templates. These HTML templates were released under the license which allows everybody to use them for any purposes (the "HTML templates"). The fee you pay us to join D4J Joomla! Templates Club means the fee to hire DesignForJoomla.com to select and convert these HTML templates for you to become ready-to-run Joomla! templates.

• Limited usage granted: Your membership grants you the rights to use the D4J Joomla! Templates Club on unlimited websites.
• Modifications: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may alter the products code for your own use. But you may not, however, distribute the original products code or your modified products code without the explicit permission of DesignForJoomla.com.
• Unauthorized use: You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from DesignForJoomla.com. Please contact us if you require more clarification.
• Delivery: After we have successfully received your payment, your membership information will be emailed to the email address you provided (email address must be valid because it will be used for communication purposes) during the payment process via 2CheckOut or PayPal. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, members will have instant access to all templates of D4J Joomla! Templates Club.
• Antifraud: Instant downloads are available! However, some customers purchases can be pending for manual antifraud check up to review of PayPal or 2CheckOut. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
• Refund Policy: Because club membership is a non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing membership at our site.
• Support: Templates of D4J Joomla! Templates Club are delivered "as is", with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions/products. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Mambo/Joomla etc. DesignForJoomla.com has several useful channels of support which can be found here.
