D4J Small Studio is a nice light design that is a perfect fit for all kinds of sites including those that focus on small business, architect, photograpy, etc. Other great features include 10 module positions, 02 layouts, accessibility options to choose font sizes, ability to change on-the-fly template width (fit 800x600, 1024x768 screen resolution and fit browser window's width).
