Content Listing ImageD4J Content Listing Joomla! module is the universal module for content presentation. Truly speaking it can represent the mainbody in the module context.
From the data point of view you can select content from both Joomla content structure Section/Category/Content item and Joomla news feeds component. More over you can sort the selected items in the order you want and only after that present them.
From the visual presentation point of view you can set the module to display titles, intro text, intro text with images, read more button and more. You can even set the limitation for the number of characters of words to be represented.
The bottom line is if you want to present maximum content in module's positions, this module can provide all means for that purpose.
Below is summarizing of D4J Content Listing Joomla! extension's features:
Multiple content sources: You can select content from 5 sources:
  • Content Sections
  • Content Categories
  • Content Items
  • Newsfeed Categories
  • Newsfeed Items
Each source is selected by it's ID. You can select multiple sources by listing IDs separated by comma.
Universal content presentation: You can select the number content items to be presented and there are 3 options to display each of them:
  • Title only
  • Text only
  • Title and text
Regarding the text you have 2 more options:
  • Intro text only
  • Intro and full text
So in the combination you can have 5 options to present selected content items. More over, in the case of showing text, you can set the maximum number of text words or character to be presented.
Additional capabilities: For your website visitor's convenience we have included additional useful features like:
  • Linkable titles
  • "Read more" link
  • Method of showing the full content (popup new browser or show in current one)
  • Call plugins code embed in the text
