1. Support Forum
You can post your question in our forum and get help both from us and other experienced users. In many cases, somebody has already met your problem and can provide you with good solutions. Also, we are welcome any suggestions and ideas about improving the product.

2. Client support system
You can submit ticket with full details of your problem. Our client support department will analyze it and try to help you as soon as possible. We cover almost all time zone and you will receive the answer in the matter of hours.
